Fruition AI Goal Planning (“Fruition,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Goal & Task Content

• Information you enter such as goals, tasks, notes, files/attachments, tags, reminders, and schedules.

• Log data (IP address, timestamps, diagnostics/crash data).
   
• Usage analytics (feature interactions, session length).

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.

Fruition may offer AI-assisted features (e.g., goal ideas, plan generation, summaries). When you use these, relevant inputs (e.g., your prompts and goal content) may be sent to our AI infrastructure or trusted model providers to generate outputs. We take steps to minimize personal data in prompts where feasible and restrict providers’ use of data to service delivery only.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, messaging, and payment partners under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
   
• Legal & Safety: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety of Fruition, our users, or the public.
   
• Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred subject to this Policy or a successor policy at least as protective.
   
• With Your Direction: When you connect third-party integrations, we share information as needed to provide those integrations per your settings.
   

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account data (see Your Rights & Choices).

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Access, Correct, Delete: Access and update many details in-app. You may also request a copy or deletion of your personal information.
   
• Marketing Preferences: Opt out of non-essential emails via unsubscribe links or settings.
   
• Do Not Track: Our Services do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
   

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries with data-protection laws that may differ from your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

EEA/UK (GDPR): Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligations. The Services may contain links to third-party sites or offer integrations. Their privacy practices are not governed by this Policy. Review their policies before using those services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted within the app or via notice/email where appropriate.
